When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

What delivery options are listed?

Our Shipping & Returns Policy lists Royal Mail Tracked 48 and Tracked 24/Express options for UK mainland orders, with rates based on parcel weight. It lists free Tracked 48 delivery for orders over £39. Orders over 25 kg may need multiple consignments or a custom courier charge; contact us for a confirmed quote.

Do you offer local delivery?

Our policy lists free local delivery for orders over £10 within 4 miles of our shop in Grimsby. Check the delivery options available for your address at checkout.

How do I track my order?

We send a tracking link to the email address used at checkout once your parcel has shipped. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after the dispatch notification.

Returns

Can I return an item?

Our policy provides a 30-day return window from delivery for eligible items. Items should be unused, with original tags and packaging. Some items, including perishables and personalised products, are excluded. See the Shipping & Returns Policy for details.

How do I start a return or report a problem?

Contact us before sending anything back, with your order number and the reason for your return. If your order is damaged, defective or incorrect, tell us promptly so we can review it. Return instructions and any applicable postage arrangements will be confirmed when you contact us.

The payment options available for your order are shown at checkout. Your payment must be processed before your order is accepted.

Is a product right for my pet?

Check the product description for suitability and use instructions. If you're unsure, contact us with the product and details of your pet before ordering. For health or dietary concerns, ask your vet.
