Returns & Exchanges

How to Initiate a Return

  2. **Receive Authorization:** Wait for our team to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return address.
  3. **Ship Back:** Securely package the items and send them back. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service.
  4. **Processing:** Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are typically processed within **5-10 business days** after the returned item passes inspection. The money will be returned to your original payment method. For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped upon receipt of the original item.
