Tracking Your Order
All packages are fully trackable. The tracking link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to fully update after you receive the notification.
Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility
- Must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

- Items must be free from pet hair, odors, and damage.
How to Initiate a Return
- **Contact Us:** Email our Customer Care team at returns@furandfeathers.com with your **Order Number** and reason for the return.
- **Receive Authorization:** Wait for our team to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return address.
- **Ship Back:** Securely package the items and send them back. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service.
- **Processing:** Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds are typically processed within **5-10 business days** after the returned item passes inspection. The money will be returned to your original payment method. For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped upon receipt of the original item.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
