Shop Floor Advice from the Team

When applying, we recommend holding the spray about 15–20 cm away from the bird. Be careful to avoid the head, eyes, and beak—focus on the back, under the wings, and around the tail area where mites love to congregate. For a full "clean sweep," we suggest using this alongside a cage disinfectant. If you suspect a red mite infestation, remember that those pests hide in the cage cracks during the day, so treating the environment at the same time is key to stopping them for good.
