Top Tip: If you are housing outdoor rabbits or guinea pigs during the colder winter months, we highly recommend layering these shavings on the bottom of the hutch for maximum absorbency, and then packing a thick layer of golden barley straw directly on top. The shavings grab the moisture, while the straw traps the warm air.
